The information in the plans is submitted to the employees and workers in the plants, aiming to improve the communication between the company and its staff. The main idea is that management and employees shall work together for the achievement of the goals given.

The HR Department uses mainly three methods for training the management and employees personnel: The Training Institute of the company, the system TPM (Total Production Management) and the system Six Sigma.
The Training Institute of KREMIKOVTZI Corp. is the functional base for training of the management and employees personnel in specialties related to metallurgy and other related to it professions. The institute issues certificates after graduating the courses.
The time of the courses is different for the different professions but it is no longer than a month. The education is either in a groups or individual.
The institute also offers highly qualified consulting work in the field of hoisting and hauling devices as well as engineering supervisory, non-standard researches in the field of professional relations and improvement of the knowledge of the executive and management personnel and the specialists.
All year long the Institute organizes more than 100 courses for professional training, qualification, prequalification and improvement of knowledge according to the requirements of BDS EN ISO 9001:2000.
The TPM System is the business initiative that is developing and starts functioning during the 70s in Japan. It is based on the US experience of the concept ‘productive maintenance’. At first it was focused on basic important developments in production but then it developed and today it covers all business activities of an enterprise – production, new products development, trading activities, marketing and others. As a result, its name also changed. Today some call it “Full (total) production management”.
Each high-grade world company has one goal – “0 failures – 0 defects – 0 accidents”. The closely accession to that goal shows the perfection of the organization of work in the company and generates more profits.
The methodology of this initiative is based on the change of attitude to the activity of the company of all employees (both in the way of thinking and the demeanor).
According the traditional approach to the activity the operators are considered responsible only for the production. According to the TPM system they are engaged not only with the production but with the basic maintenance of the equipment as well as some small improvements in it.
The Six Sigma System
It is a wide-range and flexible program for achieving, maintaining and optimizing of the success of the activity which is:
* concentrated at the most on “the voice of the customer”
* based on accurate use of numbers, data as well as statistic analysis
* offers an opportunity to focus the attention on management, improvement and rediscovery of the business processes
* Management technology concentrated in three dimensions:
- Measure for quality
- A process that gives the opportunity for constant elaboration
- An opportunity for achievement of change of culture
Six Sigma is a way to express statistically how much a process gets closer to the quality goal
Six Sigma is an approach based on processes (DAMIC/DMADV) for constant elaboration that can be used for improvement of every business process
* It gives the framework that functions on the basis of data and lays on proofs; it could be used as a ground in taking business decisions
* It requires statistical proofs for improvement and control of the processes
* It provides for the resources for maintaining and improvement of the results in proven improvements
